Order Fulfillment: Completed photo, film, and personalized gift orders while managing queue load and other priorities. Included colour correction, minor and major photoshop edits and adjustments, and quality control. Worked both independently and in a team due to changes in demand around holidays.
Customer Service: Contacted customers that had an issue with their orders to ensure satisfaction with orders, or to clarify extensive gift personalization. Spoke with and resolved concerns of customers requesting customer service, redoing or replacing orders when required.
Machinery Maintenance: Performed all maintenance on photo printers and poster plotters that did not require a new part, often requiring disassembly. Learned how to maintain an obscure 45-year-old C41 film machine with a long-lost manual, including in situations where new parts are required and not available.
